During Immersion 1, we visited the corporate office of Sterling Accuris Wellness Pvt. Ltd., followed by a field visit to one of their laboratories. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of their operations and digital presence. Immersion 1 revolved around understanding the organization’s function and proposing possible solutions to enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic, and optimise marketing efforts. We deliberated over integrating AI technologies into marketing strategies, including researching AI-driven chatbot solutions, which will be an extension of their existing initiative.
