The COVID-19 pandemic significantlyimpacted the aviation industry, including BIAL, leading to a substantialdecline in passenger traffic and cargo handling, weakening profitability. MrAgarwal, the Corporate Strategist for BIAL, has been tasked with developing newstrategies to address the various challenges the company faces.
