Recognizing the urgent need to address this issue, we conceptualized and developed a short-form reel aimed at raising awareness, breaking stigma, and encouraging dialogue around student mental health. The reel addresses the emotional and psychological pressures students often face—ranging from academic stress and peer expectations to isolation and lack of support. Using relatable visual cues and a balanced narrative tone, it sheds light on the silent struggles that are frequently overlooked in high-performing environments. The purpose of this reel is threefold: 1. Awareness – To highlight the rising incidence of student suicides and bring this critical issue into public discourse. 2. Empathy – To foster understanding and emotional sensitivity among peers, parents, and educational institutions. 3. Action – To encourage proactive mental health conversations, timely interventions, and support-seeking behavior among students. By leveraging storytelling in a format that resonates with today’s digital-first generation, this reel seeks to make the subject approachable without diminishing its seriousness. Our objective is to initiate meaningful change through creative advocacy, encouraging society to listen more, judge less, and care deeper.enStudents’ activityVideo reelssuicideStudent Suicides
