Sanginis are volunteers only who are chosen by a pre-defined process and parameters which include: ▸ No language barriers ▸ No caste barriers ▸ Fluent in speaking ▸ Regular Availability Sanginis are responsible for bringing about behavioural changes and spreading awareness. We talked about the change in their lives before and after becoming a part of the program. Also how the program has brought about a socio-economic well-being. We have included in-depth interview analysis of sanginis along with our analysis of the report. This should not only be considered as a report but also a deep-dive into the actual lives of these women who have sacrificed their time of home-making, helped the needy in their vicinity and actually made a difference in their lives.enRural development & problemsstudy by studentsRural Research Projcet: Analysing The Impact of Adani Suposhan Program on Sangini Empowerment”
