Over the years the school noticed that a large number of female students who make it past 8th standard (which in itself is a huge hurdle) don’t enroll for 9th standard and even many who do, do not stay in school for too long. This problem can be highlighted easily as the school has two 9th standard divisions but just one in the 10th. This becomes a point of concern when you consider that till gradation the state sponsors the education of a female student, the problem therefore becomes deeper than just money. The primary stakeholders here are the parents of the students. The students and teachers in the school can be considered as secondary stakeholders. Thus, our research had to be structured in such a manner that we get opinions of all stakeholders and derive insights recommendations that are accommodative and helpful for everyone.enRural development & problemsstudy by studentsRural Immersion Project Report: Female dropouts at Shree Sarvajanik Vidhyalaya, Telav
