(MICA, 2020) Surana, Arpit; Vijaya, Anisha; Rai, Anukriti; Mogrelia, Arvaan; Thawani, Ashish; Joshi, Shashank
Jaipur Rugs not just provides premium products but also takes responsibility to bind all the artisans with a common thread of love and compassion. Artisans are not only provided sustainable livelihoods but also opportunities for personal growth and development. Various projects and programs are organized frequently to ensure societal impact through this change. As part of the Jaipur family, customers visit production villages to meet artisans in an effort to bring dignity back to the artisans and create a link between the grassroots and global homeowners. Values of Jaipur Rugs: JR combines the pursuit of profit with the spreading of kindness in a way that benefits all of their stakeholders: their consumers and their families, the artisans and their families, their employees, their suppliers, the buyers and channels they work with. Kindness is their default demeanor, c ompassion for those around us, and the humility that everyone deserves dignity.
