    Rural Immersion Programme: Swades foundation

    This focuses more on improvising the product that Swades and IL&FS provide wherein the Skilling program is broken down into a 2 year long simultaneous course with internship experience. This ensures that as soon as people pass their 12th standard they are ready to be employed since they already have the requisite certification. The program will be on weekends so as to not interfere with regular studying through the week. The students can select any 3 courses they’d like an internship in and will be provided with an opportunity to have a hands on experience of what their future line of work may be.
