CORE VALUES AND OBJECTIVES: Our approach to development is firmly founded upon participatory action at the community level. At the heart of the organization is the aim of developing livelihood security, which is facilitated by an intensive participatory process and local institutional development. Particular emphasis is placed upon the poor and women Over the years, ASA has worked relentlessly towards improving promotion of farm based livelihoods of small and marginal farmers for land and water resources development, promotion of sustainable agriculture and creation of market access for the farmers for produce, inputs and services. For this and more, the organisation has been honoured with accolades and awards. Their outreach and initiatives are widespread with the core goal of upliftment and enhancement of opportunities for the targeted groups under their purview.
