    All the income generation activities in Tirora are broadly classified as follows: Women Empowerment Lac Bangles : Previously followed a buy back model with a local trader. A new e-commerce model is being set into place by consolidated raw material supplies. Agarbatti: An in-house production activity with the agarbattisbeing sold to a local trader of nearby Gondiadistrict. Mushroom: Suited to climate, oysters mushrooms are being grown within the four walls of the houses. The production is being sold at the local markets. A new initiative is in place to grind them into mushroom protein powder. Oriented towards Men Organic Farming: Tirora is a rice bowl of the country with paddy being the chief crop. Organic Farming as an initiative is focused on the man of household. He is both thedecision maker here and also is the one most affected. Cross Breeding Of Cows : A very nascent initiative with only one case so far experimented. It is at the knowledge transfer stage. However there is no dedicated focus on the women.
