The goal of this report is to assess the impact of SGS's interventions in income generation, social empowerment, and economic resilience, focusing on women from the Rathva tribe across four villages: Rangpur, Judavant, Khadakwada, and Vasedi. SGS plays a critical role in promoting sustainable development by helping tribal families diversify their income sources and reduce their dependency on seasonal migration. Through microfinance, skill training, and market linkage initiatives, SGS strives to create opportunities for women to achieve financial independence and actively contribute to family and community welfare. Our study included field visits to Rangpura, Judavant, Khadakwada, and Vasedi, where we engaged with community members through focus group discussions, personal interviews, and surveys. These interactions helped us gain insights into the challenges, successes, and aspirations of the community. Key areas of assessment included access to resources, income sources, agricultural practices, and the social and economic impact of SGS interventions. The findings of this report highlight the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) within the SGS framework, providing a comprehensive overview of the program's effectiveness and areas for improvement.Item Kalolytic Solutions(MICA, 2024) Agarwal, Harshini; Mahant, Jagruc; Acharya, Madhwaraj; Pandey, Pragya; Kumar, MayankMoney laundering and other illegal financial activity pose a significant threat to all financial institutions.
