K.; Sharaf, Shital Chapaneri, HirakThe Rural Immersion Project, a collaborative initiative between MICA and Gramin Vikas Trust, was strategically designed to address multifaceted development challenges in Dahod District. Each objective is supported by specific actions and results from the project, as evidenced in the recent progress report: 1. Digitization of Viages: The project aimed to reduce the digital divide in rural areas by establishing Gram Seva Kendras. These centers have been crucial in providing 30 different types of digital services to the village community, including income, birth, and death certificates. As reported, these centers have become sustainable structures, generating revenue of approximately Rs. 24,000-25,000 from service charges, enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of government services to rural populations.
