Their vision is to empower rural communities, leading to a poverty-free rural India where these communities can independently improve their lives. They pursue this mission through comprehensive development efforts in the areas of Health, Education, Water & Sanitation, and Economic Development. Their approach aims to create a model that is scalable, replicable, and community-centric, and their current area of impact is the Raigad district in Maharashtra, India.

    Increasing online delivery sales

    The initial problem statement assigned to our team was to increase online delivery sales via Swiggy, Zomato, and self. However, over the course of the project, we analyzed the problem statement in depth, realized the specifics that were to be dealt with, discussed possible solutions with our client, and ultimately devised a strategy.
