Shivalik Builders wanted to set up a real estate institute with a course consisting of various Real Estate domains. The first step was to define the course. As the vision of the course was to train individuals to become future leaders/entrepreneurs, Shivalik wanted to deliver a combination of all the different domains of real estate. The course's target audience was people interested in taking this career path, so the course price was set high. We also did lots of primary and secondary research and came up with subjects such as marketing, communications, sales, etc. It was also decided that it would be a small batch of 20 to give the utmost attention to the students.
