Rural research a report: elaborating the ethnography of Village Badi
(MICA, 2012) Vyas, Mudit; Shukla, Shashvat; Shah, Ashish
Currently we are seeing an extremely metaphysical mix of traditions and modern values at play in every Indian’s life at all times. To study this socio-cultural phenomenon at a micro level, to gauge how and where is it that people draw the line when it comes to considering their fellow-beings as equal to oneself will be the place where we hope to find our Communication need-gap. Ever since the advent of modern economics, Brands and Media have always occupied a central space in the psyche of people all over the world. India, post-independence has not been any different. The empowerment and inclusivity that access to a source of knowledge and information brings to any community shall be the basis of the communication strategy we aim to formulate.
