Since 1992, they have surveyed over 100 million employees worldwide and used those deep insights to define what makes a great workplace.

MICA was also unique in providing Covid insurance protection, vaccination and free meals for the affected, to name a few employee initiatives," stated Snigdha Mandal, head of Human Resources and Process Excellence at MICA.
