Abstract
This reel uses footwear as a metaphor for exploring diverse gender identities. The protagonist tries on different shoes, each reflecting a stage of self-exploration, until he finds the pair that truly resonates with him. The emotional journey, marked by doubt, confusion, and lack of validation, is central to the message. The shopkeeper symbolizes society’s hesitation to understand non -binary expressions of gender, ending on a hopeful note that they eventually understand and accept all expressions. This reel is a sincere and heartfelt attempt to promote empathy, social acceptance, and the imp ortance of discovering one’s identity at their own pace.
