Abstract

This video captures a typical day in the life of a sleep-deprived student. It opens with the protagonist waking up after snoozing multiple alarms, immediately rushing to start the day. Through the morning, we show signs of fatigue, he’s physically present but mentally distant, especially in the classroom where focus is clearly a struggle. Later, we show him in casual conversations with friends, but his zoning out reflects a deeper exhaustion. It’s not about drama—it’s the slow, familiar burnout that comes with never feeling rested. The day ends with him alone in bed, scrolling endlessly on his phone. Despite being visibly tired, he can’t sleep, stuck in the loop of mental overload and screen distraction. We kept the storytelling minimal and realistic, aiming to reflect something many students experience but rarely talk about. The idea behind our content is how tiredness becomes a routine, not just a phase.
