dc.description.abstractAs scholars navigate this intellectual odyssey, they develop independent perspectives, analytical depth, and the ability to synthesize complex ideas. Over time, they learn to push the boundaries of their field and reshape their own cognitive processes—a transformation that fuels their intellectual independence. This ethos of research excellence is deeply embedded in MICA’s Fellow Programme in Management (FPM). Having recently been granted PhD equivalence by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), the program has consistently nurtured scholars who have made significant contributions to knowledge creation. For instance, recent FPM alumni have conducted pioneering research on how emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI) intersect with consumer psychology, particularly in the dynamic landscape of emerging markets like India.
