Abstract
After three decades of experience in top-n otch global firms, Deshmukh, 51, didn't hesitate to go back to the classroom. She recognised the need to upskill, not only to remain relevant in the future job market but also to learn about Al and include it in MICA's curriculum. She wakes up at 5 am, studies for two hours, dons the hat of a director, and calls the shots to make MICA a better place. Then, she returns to her campus home to become a student again, burning the midnight oil! The rigorous course requires me to read 20 books to complete the project. I've read only eight and I'm running against time to finish by November 18."
