Abstract
The President and Director, MICA, Ahmedabad, Shailendra Raj Mehta, is set to complete his seven-year stint as the head of the institute in May. As he readies for the next chapter in his academic career, Mehta has prioritised his passion for research over administrative roles. He will soon join OP Jindal University in Sonipat, Haryana, as a Distinguished University Professor, a position that aligns with his research interests. OP Jindal University recently announced Mehta’s appointment as Distinguished University Chair.
