Abstract
An alumnus of the Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad (MICA) from the 2002 batch, Rathore started her career with GroupM and later joined firms such as Accenture and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd.
In 2010, she joined the law firm Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh A. Shroff & Co. as director - strategy. Subsequently, in 2013 she was appointed as director - business planning & compliance.
