Abstract
At MICA, Prof Shubhra Gaur, registrar and associate dean (regulatory affairs), shared that both in-person and online counselling services are available to students. "On average, about 25 students seek help monthly, dealing with issues like self-doubt, stress, relationship problems, overthinking, anxiety, difficulty in connecting with others, and career challenges," she said.
