| dc.description.abstract | At a time when Artificial Intelligence has intrigued academics, industries and policy makers alike, experts who gathered at MICA on Sunday to discuss AI opined that it is not fair for the people to expect AI to be responsible and ethical. Experts who participated in event titled “Empowering People with Responsible AI: Skills, Trust, and Access” said accountability to remain ethical and responsible while using AI is with the people and the users. Vilas Dhar, President of Patrick J. McGovern Foundation and the Guest of Honour for the event, said the story of AI is stories of hype, horror and hope. He stressed need to set principles and policies to ensure the future and trust in AI are not shaken, as the decisions we take today will shape the next decade to come. | |
