dc.description.abstractMICA may be known for its communication and management lessons, but it doesn’t pass up any opportunity to groom budding entrepreneurs. In one such instance, the institute’s “Start Your Own Restaurant at MICA” event allowed students to try their hand at running a food business for a day. From applying marketing strategies to optimizing operations, these budding entrepreneurs took the reins, setting up restaurants and managing every aspect themselves.
