Prof. Manisha Pathak Shelat, Chair of MICA – CDMC, leading the inaugural session, commented, “In times of crisis, communication is not just about delivering facts—it’s about building trust. This training is tailored to help these field communicators build rapport with local audiences, manage social media effectively, and share both crisis and success stories with credibility and compassion.
