To do an ethnography research on village Tatera. Our project involved staying with the local weavers (7-10 days) and observe their daily routine. We got the opportunity to interact with 50-70 weavers associated with the company and we tried to understand, existing as well as potential hindrances and problems from a very microscopic level. Our findings were very specific yet very significant.
