Abstract
Distance of the Ashapur village from the nearest town, Khandwa, is about 80 Km. The village is well connected by road, which adds to the prosperity of the village, since it becomes easy
to not only reach this place, but trade for food, handicrafts etc, (selling), but also the distribution system of large companies are able to shelf their brands and products with the
retailers and shop owners of the area, and for any instant demand or emergency, the procurement becomes easy. However, there is only one bus stop in the village, but since it’s
a small village, the distance of the bus stop form the farthest corner of the village is only 1.5-2Km. Apart from buses, cycle rickshaw and matadors run on these road. There is only one post office in the village, headed by postmaster. He also writes letters, telegrams for those who can’t, however there is high literacy in the city, with the mother tongue being Hindi.
