The youngest IPS officer in the force, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Calicut and the first lady commandant of the 2nd Armed Police Battalion - Ms. Merin Joseph is also known for her bold, outspoken stands against online browbeating and wonderfully exemplifies how to prevent gender from being a hindrance in achieving professional goals.
