dc.description.abstractTo begin, we would like to pay our gratitude towards the Gujarat Forest Department and MICA, for bestowing us with an opportunity to explore livelihood, agriculture and cultural diversities in the region of Chhotaudepur. It not only allowed us to experience extreme situations first-hand, but also understand the issues faced by locals at the grassroot level. We would want to extend our heartiest gratitude to Shri N.M. Pandya, DCF, Chhotaudepur, Mr. Chavda, Forest Ranger, Shrimati Himani Shah, Shri Vijay Manek for their administrational support and guidance.
