dc.description.abstractGramin Vikas Trust is a National Level Organization established by Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO) in the year of 1999 for bringing about a sustainable upgradation in the lifestyles of the marginalized and poor communities, especially, the tribal population including women. It has approximately 159 employees appointed in thirteen states (Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana, West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana). GVT Mission - Bringing around sustainable improvement in the standard of living of the rural poor and marginalized communities and strengthening and empowering these communities to take forth a dignified lifestyle.
