In the 10th episode of MICAST, we have with us Ms. Arnika Dixit, Country Head - Digital, Sales & Marketing, Data Analytics and CX for Citibank India. We discussed with her the influence of digital marketing and data analytics in the banking sector. She talks about the need for relevant communication with clients across industries. She stresses the importance of an effortless interface to make digital banking a success.
