Abstract
Handicraft exports from India are promoted by EPCH, India's primary export promotion organization, which has over 10,000 members. For more than two decades, the IHGF Autumn Fair has been a pillar of the Indian handicrafts sector's growth. The most critical and
distinctive sourcing platform in Asia (IHGF Delhi Fair Autumn) is now bigger and bolder, with more space, more exhibitors, more sectors, more enhanced facilities, more days, and, of course, a thoughtfully re-conceptualized and renewed IHGF Delhi Fair Autumn with 14 clear product categories in enriched display spaces.
The purpose of this project was to enhance and transform the digital landscape of the Jaipur Rugs by crafting engaging social media content based on Jaipur Rugs' social media style, suggesting and creating innovative and engaging campaigns, content, and stories.
Through our research, we identified the consumer touchpoints in the brand's D2C website and social media and gave our recommendations on the opportunities to deliver a personalized experience to the customer throughout the lifecycle stages. Also, we suggested some innovative ways in which the stories of the artisans can reach the consumers and they can feel more connected to the brand and its core values. Through our suggested recommendations, we believe that the brand connect with the consumers is likely to increase with a more personalised Jaipur Rugs experience.
