It gives students knowledge as well as practical skills, empowering them. Improving Livelihood Opportunities: By raising the employability of people in these communities, you are improving their skill set. Their ability to access greater employment possibilities and financial security is thereby enhanced. Addressing Unemployment: Regarding the issue of unemployment, you indicated that skill development can significantly lower rates of unemployment. People who have received training in skills relevant to the market are more appealing to prospective employers.
