| dc.description.abstract | SWADES , although being one of the premier NGOs that we’ve worked for, still has enough scope for improvement and changes. The organization is very rigid in terms of their approach, making it another traditional bureaucratic organisation that is still stuck on old practices in terms of its functioning. Recent trends about organizational structure to ease communication at all levels can be implemented for streamlining tasks. This will ensure that all the parties privy to the task at are aware of how to proceed further. A better travel structure, less on-the-go location changes and better submission parameters would be some of the changes that SWADES can definitely incorporate. | |
