The Project brief was to craft a communication strategy which would help the Jaipur Rugs Foundation family expand and stay tight. Jaipur Rugs is associated with over 40,000 artisans and the network is only growing everyday. To keep adding to this number and also to maintain the same, a proper mobilisation is required. Their philosophy is that if the weaver is not making progress, the organisation is not progress. For Jaipur Rugs, the most important stakeholder is the weaver community. And the weaver community facilitates learning amongst each other. There is no boss or employee as such who tells people what to do or what not to do. Peer to peer learning is what Jaipur Rugs encourages.
