Abstract

Creating a socially inclusive and sustainable environment among the underprivileged communities by providing healthcare, education, capacity building and livelihood opportunities. We envisage a world free of distress, disease, deprivation, exploitation, and subjugation, ensuring overall well-being of the family, society and community. Our role in the data collection was to find out the reasons why corporates would invest in CSR activities (Triggers) & associate themselves with Deepak Foundation whilst analyzing how Deepak Foundation can leverage social media platforms to enhance their reach and spread good of the society across the country. Each of us talked to the healthcare professionals deployed to the villages, the coordinators present in those areas and researched about corporate social responsibilities during the entirety of the project. The primary research through in-depth interviews with the professionals helped us with the research findings.
