Abstract
Apart from that there are several temples in Berna. In fact, Berna is known for its temples. There are six big temples and several smaller ones. All major festivals are held in these temples and these are the places where people gather during festivals. In fact, the primary school was getting rebuilt and hence classes had been shifted to the Kali temple nearby. Berna has extremely fertile soil which is mostly black soil. In fact, in conversation with Mr. Tahlati who works at the Panchayat he said that the farm yields have always exceeded expectations.
The terrain is mostly plains with rich, fertile soil and it has shaped the entire life of the residents. The focus is on agriculture which is a major occupation of the villagers.
Rajubhai is a clerk in Modasa Engineering College and his wife owns a sari shop in Berna. They have 2 kids and Rajubhai wants his kids to be in the field of engineering only. Since he works in an engineering college, he knows the importance of education.
