Abstract
A moving film co-produced by a MICA faculty member, centred around the aftermath of Odisha's devastating Cyclone Fani, has been honoured at the Faiyum International Film Festival in Egypt this week. UT Rao's Odia feature film, Whispers of a Storm, was the only South Asian film in the competition.
