The photonovel is a story told with photos and dialogues (or thoughts) presented in bubbles like in comic books. The combination makes it a very entertaining and easy-to-read medium. Over the decades, it has evolved to become a popular medium of entertainment in Mexico and to an educational took in the United States. In fact, researchers have reported the following two categories of photonovels: popular culture and health - educational/ informational. As the names indicate, the first type is meant for entertainment and the second is meant to inform, educate and empower. At The Photonovel Company, we deliver education that empowers as well as entertains! We call that Edutainment!
