Abstract
The main goal of our project was to develop an actionable communication strategy to effectively develop the digital space. We then divided the same into 4 objectives:
● Review the current penetration/ leverage of the digital media at Swades Foundation and suggest strategies for its effective uptake including addition of any new media.
● To put in place a measure of ROI for the foundation’s efforts on the digital space.
● Create a benchmarking framework to help the foundation rank itself against similar organizations in India - apply the framework to know the ranking as it stands today.
● Suggest cost effective campaign idea(s) that can be implemented digitally to benefit the foundation either to raise funds or to maximize reach or both.
