Based on the feedback, we have redefined our problem statement to be visibility centric. We further analyzed the causes from the lens of lead generation to improve visibility for the brand. With regards to competition, we realised that AMA does not have any direct competitors and hence we analysed secondary/indirect competitors such as Coursera, Udemy, Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) and substitute competitors such as IIM Ahmedabad and MICA. We then evaluated them in terms of the 4P’s of the marketing mix and other relevant factors.
