The report explores the problem of KJSS current awareness and brand perception, which our
team plans to solve throughout this project. The main issues that came up during the immersions
were people building a religious association with the organization due to its name, the logistical
and staff issues, and other wrong perceptions due to highly affordable rates of the services.
